Stop the presses Howell isn't a finished product!

In all seriousness give the young man a year to cook and sit and learn. By next year I think the Hawks will have a better idea of Howell's cannon arm but more importantly if he can process things faster mentally.

Howell,,,PJ Walker,,,QB of the future? I laughed.
But he also clearly said "or someone on the roster of another team."

Why laugh at the entire statement because you disagree with some of the possibilities listed?

Because I find it laughable that Howell or PJ Walker are considered possibilties for the QBotF.

The QBotF hasen't been drafted yet.

Not going to happen but just imagine if the Broncos had to pay him $39 million to back up Geno....

Reading through the comments, I must definitely be in a strong minority here. I love Russ and would welcome him back with open arms. Let him mend those fences. Let him and Geno compete. Nothing against Geno, but I’d hope Russ wins the starting gig, because I would love to see him lead this offense again.
The man is insincere, I'd never trust anything he says ever again.

And if he hypothetically became our starting QB again, you wouldn't see him "lead this offense." We basically wouldn't have an offense. It would be a trimmed down version of an offense plus ad-libbing.
