Now I'm becoming a bit PO'ed that we threw cash at Joeckel and it may have kept us from signing Lang who actually is a known talent that WOULD help. Another stupid mis calculation from the FO on dealing with the Oline. Like last year when we signed Kearse and passed on Incognito (A top 100 olineman) for about +$1M more than Kearse.

Agree on your first two points, but I gotta think passing on Incognito was a good thing- if he harassed Martin that bad, imagine the bullying he'd do to our OLinemen. :sarcasm_off:

LOL. Ya, I'd hate to see a relapse and have him tee off on his Ferrari again.

@DetroitLionsATW

Did The SeaHawks Kidnap TJ Lang? That was his last meeting and we have not heard a word ever since. #Search #For #TJLang

At this point it's bad IMO. Only possible good is possibly waiting for Dr. or specialist to conclude his injuries are OK. That is a stretch considering who they just signed and his condition being worse.

We needed to make him a certain better offer than the Pack. If he left with no words, then I see that as disadvantage Hawks.

Joeckel(Fant), Glow, Britt, Lang, Ifedi

:2thumbs:

:2thumbs: :2thumbs:

If he passes medical (looks to be on track) then SIGN HIM - PLEASE !!!

At this point, who cares if he is healthy. They have got to sign him.

Joeckel,glow,britt,ifedi,lane?
Lane,glow,brit,ifedi,joeckel?

I know Denver wanted to sign him as Lt. Schnieder drafted him at Lt. Rookie season and parts of two other seasons at mostly Lt, but some rt in there as well.
Ummmm...huh?

Lane....?

Who cares if he's healthy...?

:greetingsearthling:

Obviously I meant lang. Care to add anything original, or just copy what type. I meant what I typed.

Just read an article that said lang was supposed to visit today, and be put through tests. It said that pcjs weren't at the Washington pro day, which is abnormal. I don't think he has left yet.

I am hoping they sign him but i think it will be hard for him to leave. They respect Lang and he is an established leader. He would work wonders on this line. Tough and powerful get it done :2thumbs: :179417:

"Sources: #Seahawks just finished w/TJ Lang and his wife. Meeting/pitch went "great" and Lang may have an answer 4 SEA as early as tomorrow."

Per Jordan Schultz via Twitter, meeting (including wife) just finished. Went great, could know tomorrow. Who knows?

I thought they already had a meeting, so having the wife there to see the city could be a good sign. Also, could mean nothing but it looks like Lang has followed @Seahawks on Twitter. Sounds possible anyway, depending on how Green Bay responds.

I think it depends, we don't know if he is still here or if he left. If he is gone, it is bad, I highly doubt that he will sign a contract if he leave. If he is still here it can only be good. I suppose there is the potential could be that they have specialist looking into how bad his injuries are, but IMO, if he is still here it is more likely that they are still hammering out a contract.

I hate this shit, means nothing as we have seen before, he could just be interested in seeing how everyone is reacting.

So he is going to follow the Seahawks, then sit on twitter and judge the response of those he doesn't know to test the reaction???

RRRiiiight...Sure he is.

He is going to do what he feels is best, not what twitter tells him.
