Why does this belong here? Is he a Seahawk?
Did you even read my post? I specifically said how it effect's Seattle in my post. In a HUGE WAY. Just like Russ being out for us was huge. This GB game coming up is giant and if Rogers plays will change everything. That's just facts. Not rooting for injuries or wanting anyone to be sick, just stating facts. And he should be suspended so we wont have to play him

Its not Seattle Seahawks football, tho. Aaron Rodgers has nothing to do with Seattle Seahawks. So again, why is this posted hear? Is he the Seahawks Quarterback? Is he best buds with Metcalf and Lockett? Is he handing the ball off to Collins and Penny?
Boy you must be a lot of fun at parties. Can't believe this matters to you

Not to worry Welshers, Mizak is probably going to call AROS out for his weekly 'Fearless Prediction' post on our NEXT GAME, coming against the P^(kers too...Some Peoples' Kids. :34853_doh:

Why would the league suspend arod when they APPROVED his “alternative”. Fully vaxxed players are testing positive and missing games. Didn’t hear one peep about that.

Exactly. This is a non issue. The people complaining are only doing so because they are terrified of playing against the guy.

They didn't approve it.

Rodgers petitioned the NFL to have an alternate, homeopathic treatment -- one that he received from his personal doctor -- that would be considered equal as someone who received an approved vaccine in the eyes of the league, according to NFL Network. The league ultimately decided that he would not get the same designation as vaccinated players and he was considered unvaccinated.

The NFL can suspend Rodgers for up to 4 weeks for violation of the protocols that were approved by the player's union. Word is that they won't, that they'll only slap him with a 5 digit fine, peanuts when compared to Rodgers' salary.

FYI here's a copy of the NFL's Covid protocols for the 2021 regular season:

You will note that both the individual teams and the league can suspend a player for non compliance, but not both.

Other players like Beasley got fined $10,000-$15,000.

So that's probably the extent of Rodger's fines, but the Packers could be hammered much harder if there's plenty of evidence that they allowed Rodgers to not wear a mask inside the building, sidelines, and fly on the team plane, etc.

Which there should be, cameras are everywhere.

You still transmit covid if you are vaccinated.

The vaccine lessens the effects of covid. That is all, end of story... bye bye.

Pretty sure the point here is that there are rules and protocols that the players are required to abide by. Aaron Rodgers did not, therefore he should be subject to some sort of repercussions just like any other player would.

It is Seahawk news... because this is the biggest game of the year for the Seahawks and AR possibly not playing is a huge factor in the game... But some people are "lacking" and can not see that... Ok then...

Personally I don't care one way or another whether he plays or nor because what he does doesn't matter really ... we know the pack is going to be good with him and probably with out him...It's going to be a tough game and doesn't change the fact that the Seahawks need to play solid in all three phases of the game... Its not so much about GB... It's more about if the Seahawks play up to their potential or if they are flat...

I think they are going to be good against great competition...and if they pull out a win with out AR being out of the game it doesn't take away from a strong effort...

Just my take

No fans in the entire league would be bummed that Rodgers is out. Guaranteed the teams that have played the Hawks w/out Russ were plenty happy he wasn't playing.
He's gonna' play, and that's fine. He has his own set of rules, period.
