For others wanting to join:

Go to User Control Panel
Click on Usergroups
Select Seahawks Hot Topic Access
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Join
Click on Submit
Then verify you approve of said action

Once one of us Mods checks the list of pending members and approve you, you will then have access.
