Neither could Stafford when he was with the Lions. Carr has plenty of arm. He has plenty of deep throws to Ruggs, etc. Now he may not be as accurate as Stafford but he's not throwing to the WRs that Stafford has either (Woods, Kupp, etc).

With that said, a huge no to a Wilson for Carr trade straight up.
