I think Houston might surprise a lot of people this year because I fully believe they were in tank mode last year...

Rumor has it that Texans fired Lovie Smith because he won the last game of the season, and because they now have their QBotF along with Will Anderson Jr and some other pretty good draft picks, they're going to flip the switch and actually start trying to win.
