FP = Full Participation - 100% of a player's normal repetitions
Out = Player will not play

Not sure when they were injured..during the game or during practices. But I thought it would be interesting. I am gonna give the link too so you can see it is different people that were on the injured listing from the week prior.

I was hoping for no injuries too.

That's quite a few compared to last week if memory serves. Par for the course though as we smack people in the mouth and they typically don't do well the next week also. The Saints are in trouble this week vs. the Panthers. More of the same smash mouth football.

It probably has to do with a Monday night game followed by a delayed plane trip.

Carr, Chris CB Hip/Hamstring LP LP FP probable
Dawson, Keyunta OLB Calf - - DNP questionable
Evans, Jahri G Ankle FP FP FP probable
Foster, Glenn DE Knee DNP DNP DNP questionable
Sproles, Darren RB Ankle FP FP FP probable

Week Prior. (13)
Delayed plane trip?? Did they fall while getting onto the plane???..or was it the reverberations of when we put the fat lady into the cockpit to sing and it blew out the window? THe plane was broken due to a cockpit window needing to be replaced. I dont have the report, but it was said a window needed to be replaced.

I'm saying they were practicing on a short week already by playing MNF. Then instead of flying Monday night and getting into NO Tuesday morning, they were delayed and that pushes the whole practice schedule back.

@ Russelin...ok, I do understand your point. Thanks.
I was curious and concerned about our team injuries and theirs for our game. I thought I would post it if someone else was the same. Now....ON TO SUNDAY with the WHiners.

Why do we care about this?
He's trying to show how difficult our games are on other teams, because we play such a physical game. Think before you respond man.

It'll be more interesting to see how they respond playing against another physical defense on Sunday night. If they come out looking slow and lethargic at home, then we'll get to see how thoroughly we dominated them.

Interesting information, but this is bordering on celebrating injuries, which is not cool.

Saints are beat and gone home. We're likely not going to see them again this year, so I'm not going to worry about them no mo.

This list is a bit longer than last weeks. it was a rough and brutal game Monday night and some of our players are banged up.. I wouldn't read too much into it as Sean Payton is like Belichick with his Injury Reports and if someone has a hang nail they are on it... Smoke and mirrors.

Most Saints fans typically ignore any injury reports until Game day unless it is someone like Strief who left the game Monday Night and we are just now finding out why...

Only 3 of those are starters and DNP could just mean resting.

i am a life long Saints fan (35 years) and even I cannot accurately interpret Payton's IR.

Streif is the one I was curious about too. Thought it may be a strain from the way he was walking off the field. Good luck with the Panthers this weekend.

Thanks! I wouldn't mind seeing the 49ers put up a goose egg if you are taking requests. :49ersmall:
