I agree but here's what I fear:

Lumen Field is now over 20 years old I believe. The next owner is gonna want his or her Jerry world built or they threaten relo. Book it.

I would love if we could have a stadium out in the middle of nowhere a bit east, north or south. Have more of that traditional stadium with that gigantic parking lot all around it and traditional football tailgating culture that generally comes with it. That would be a blast. Plus being able to park and not having to worry about downtown Seattle traffic and the constant fear of whether or not my car got broken into this week.
