I have been thinking all season that Pete is giving him limited reps...slowly warm him up.

Keep in mind that K9 is a rookie who's had several mental miscues on carries (running the wrong way mostly) and had a nagging core injury to start the year

Probably a good idea not to treat him like a 100% bellcow with 10 games to go after this one

They both play pretty sloppy games. K9 is at least a rookie who missed a ton of offseason snaps, so he should get better with the minutiae and soft skills of the game. We know he has the pure rushing talent.
