So I decided to look at this through stats. I do know a couple some here who believe what Dilfer said. o lets look at it and only look at their time as Hawks.

Well there are the facts I would say that Differs assessment has little to do with facts and more to do with need to be relevant and his friendship with Hass.

Dilfer and Hasselbeck are close friends so take that for what it's worth.

Next he'll say he's the greatest Superbowl winning QB ever.

Imagine the hawks didn’t get screwed in the super bowl and won that game. Would Matt be a legend in Seattle. I think Folgers comments wouldn’t sound so crazy. But yea Wilson is by far the best QB Seattle has had. But Matt is still one of my favorites.

Non story. Dilfer and Hass are very close friends. Matt was there for him when he endured the tragedies he went through, not just football stuff but loss. This is simply a best pal sticking up for his "bestie" despite how obviously silly the statement really is.
