Let's see, they didn't even make the playoffs last year and are going to be one and done this year. The guy clearly can't coach. Needs to be fired immediately.

Mac Jones receivers sure didn't help him when the game was still close. To my eyes, Pats receivers seemed to have problems with the cold, Bills receivers didn't. Not that it would have mattered that much. Buffalo and Josh Allen are simply a juggernaut this year. RB Singletary was great for them also, really sets up Allen's game.
Hoodie made the playoffs with a rookie QB. QB on rookie contract for 3 more years, plus 5th year option. Saves massive salary cap to assemble a good roster. Wouldn't write him off just yet.

Bears didn't offer squat for Russell.
Mac is benefitting from having Josh McDaniels as his play caller and a good run game. Pat's spent a butt load of money on TEs and the defense, and even in what year been historically the weakest division in the NFL, barely made the playoffs.
They played the Jets, Miami, Giants, Carolina, Cleveland, Washington, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Houston, the Jets again, Miami again... Such a tough schedule..
