So I see on the news lately that rookie Tom Brady football cards have been selling for a ton of money.
One last week went for $2.25 million at auction. Wow!

So I dug out my old football card collection from when I was a kid, and I found a rookie Tom Brady card. Still in a protective plastic sleeve after 21 years.
It's a 2000 Crown Royale Rookie Royalty card.
I looked on Ebay, and the asking prices range from $150-$10,000. This is the card (not my card): https://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-Crown...urface-Issues-Fully-Pictured-RC-/224394087630
Are any of you guys card collectors or know anything about this stuff? Should I sell the card to a pawn shop, or hang onto it?
I called a sports card shop here in Spokane, and he wanted me to come in and he would appraise it. He kept asking if it's been "graded." It has not.
Any advise or input or personal stories would be greatly appreciated.
