    Our linebackers cover WR's. Atlanta won by exploiting a huge weakness in Denver their base defense isn't special. You kept them out of nickel and dime packages and exploited their LB's coverage problems. Seattle will be just fine in base or nickel.

    Won't be the 4 best defenses in the league... and don;t think it was last year either. Bills and Broncos will have better D then 49ers at the minimum would expect better than Arizona and LA Rams too.

    Muscle is more dense then fat so at 308 lbs... thats more useful weight than a 308 lb fatty. 308lbs with prob like what 6-8% body fat is just nasty. No wasted space basically.
