    Assault could be as simple as grabbing an arm or knocking an object out of a hand so before the pitch forks come out I'd be interested in hearing what happened. Hopefully he a decent enough human not to hit a woman but if not he has what's coming for him.

    Why this Thursday Night game is perfect

    Not the first thought I had after the game but I too am happy the game is sooner than later to hopefully wash away the stench from the last game. Seahawks and Thanksgiving are generally the only Thursday games I catch. The rest I read about the next day.

    I believe a lot of those adjustments come from the coordinators with head coach input. Quinn was great at it and you can see his work coming around in Atlanta. Pete gives the direction but the coordinators and position coaches get into the nuts and bolts.

    I was ok with the contract given Kearse in the offseason and understood the reasoning. Yet I agree he hasn't played to the level of the past and there are now several players worth giving more time to develop. I truly believe that if he doesn't pick it up he could be cut next preseason.

    Thank you Sammy and Vetamur for taking the time to share all of this. I moved away from Washington when I was 18 and come back for 1 game a year but miss out on a lot of the community things that I would love to go too.
