Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Matt Barkley has joined the club and Barkley’s Twitter bio has been updated to show Chicago as the home of his new team. Barkley, a 2013 fourth-round pick, was waived by the Cardinals on Saturday, nearly a year to the day after they sent a seventh-round pick to the Eagles for his rights.

Matt may or may not ever be a good NFL QB, but from what I can tell he's a genuinely good person. I'm happy he's getting a chance to keep his career going in Chicago.
