DANNY AND GALLANT -- Hour 1 - Are we more likely to grasp at rumors during quarantine?

LOL! Uh...yeah...

Yesterday we reached our bottom as a sports media society in the quarantine era. A Reddit user called "EverybodyLovesNudez" got a rumor going about a Myles Garrett trade to Seattle and it seems as though many fell for it.

Well, maybe not everyone thought it was going to happen, but he made it onto local radio and had it trending on Twitter.

Has the media always been susceptible like this or is it the time we're living in?

In What to Watch For, we check in with MLB, the Pac-12 and the Seahawks defense. John Clayton joins us for his Morning Drive!

George Karl clears up the story behind the 'restaurant MJ snub'. He says he was following the code he told his team to follow. We hear what he had to say.

How do elite athletes motivate themselves? Remember Festivus? We have our own airing of grievances.

Hour 2 - Jalen Rose joins the show with some fantastic insights and great stories!

First time as a guest on the show, Jalen Rose, Former NBA Star and Current ESPN Host and Analyst joins us! He has some great stories about the Fab Five, The Last Dance and stealing Patrick Ewing's TV. Plus, we surprised Danny with him, so hear how giddy he gets. In Bluw 42 with Brock Huard, we ask three important football questions including his comparison between Peyton Manning and Michael Jordan. Yesterday taught us a lesson about how hoaxes can take off. While we didn't believe the rumors about Russell Wilson and the alleged Myles Garrett trade, it was kinda funny to watch. However, it shows some cracks in the reporting system.

DANNY AND GALLANT
Hour 1 - Whether they sign him or not, the Seahawks played the Jadeveon Clowney situation the right way

It's hard to determine which is more annoying: people who think Russell Wilson is an overrated teacher's pet or people who think Russell is being 'disrespected' by the Seahawks. In What to Watch For, we hear from Ron DeSantis, Joe Buck and Oliver Luck. John Clayton joins us for his Morning Drive! Whether Jadeveon Clowney signs with the Seahawks or not, it feels as though Seattle played this whole situation the right way. Blake Snell was extremely candid on Twitch just recently, stating he's unlikely to play for less money with higher risk. How do you take his comments?

NOTICE: Dave Wyman is also doing Draft Profiles on these podcasts, but I'm not going to sort through them. They ARE worth a listen though. It's a great comparison to hear his thoughts as a Defensive Player, vs Jake Heaps as an Offensive Player.

There is one in the "Base Defense" Podcast below. Ray :2thumbs:
