Bobby Wagner recorded his 100th tackle for this season in the last game against the Eagles. This is a major accomplishment for any defensive player and BW has done it for his 9th season in a row. Only 3 other players have accomplished that feat.

He's a beast. Another couple years like that and he should be first ballot. Love Bobby.

Future Hall of Famer no question. His 40 time may not be what it once was but the dude is still ballin' out there every game day.

Pretty sure that stat is since 2000, but still damn good.

Wags may have lost a step, but he's still sharp and a strong leader for all of the D. :snack:

If he recorded his 100th tackle for the season, well clearly he has not lost a step.

I mean, the evidence is right there in the statement, isn't it.

Seriously, the 2012 Seahawks will probably join the 1995 Buccaneers, 1985 Bills, 1974 Steelers, and 1970 Steelers as the only teams to draft multiple HoFers in a single class since the merger. In case you're wondering:

1995 Bucs: Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks
1985 Bills: Bruce Smith, Andre Reed
1974 Steelers: Lynn Swann, Jack Lambert, John Stallworth, Mike Webster
1970 Steelers: Terry Bradshaw, Mel Blount

Interestingly, if both Russ and Bobby reach this status, Seattle would be the only team who didn't pick a HoFer in the first round to achieve this.

If Bobby, Russ, Sherm and Earl reach it which they may, Earl is a first rounder, Lynch may go in as a Seahawk also and not a Bill or Raider, that will be interesting.

No matter how many times doubters try to convince themselves, it doesn't change the fact that he is still balling.
