Gee, it not obvious for you? Basically the 2018 draft is supposed to be like the 1983 draft with 7-8 franchise level quarterbacks so you have Buffalo,, Cleveland, New York Jets and San Francisco essentially tanking their seasons like Indianapolis in 2011.

I'm not talking the draft. A Vet they may have a eye on, they can't draft QB's Kosar was the last player at QB that did anything in Cleveland.

But 2018 might be good enough that even Cleveland or Kansas City could be successful. Though the latter as usual took their shot a year too early.....Mahomes looks like he could be something in a year or two, unlike Blackledge. No, they are in total tank mode so much so that the NFLPA has their eye on them.
