The Seattle Seahawks almost certainly won’t make a trade during Tuesday’s deadline, simply due to the fact that NFL teams almost never do. In recent years, Percy Harvin, Aqib Talib, Carson Palmer, Trent Richardson, and Vernon Davis have moved teams at the deadline. The New England Patriots send Jamie Collins to the Cleveland Browns on Monday. But a deal is still unlikely. If anything, the Browns’ move for Collins shows the team is trying to acquire talent, not get rid of it.

However, if they do decide to move a player, and if the Seahawks are interested, it should be Josh Gordon not Joe Thomas.

No.

This guy cant go 6 months without getting popped for something.

Why trade for a guy that is constantly suspended, when we already have plenty of receiving weapons that our QB has no time to throw to. Instead of a guy that could give our QB time to find his weapons?

and potential raises to DeShawn Shead (RFA), Michael Bennett, or even Kam Chancellor.
Bruh, no way in heck does Kam deserves a raise. After his worthless hold out and his piss poor play last year, and his bye week injury this year. He had some great years here, he really did. But I think it's time to roll with McCray and whoever else. I do however agree that Bennett and Shead deserve a little somethin' somethin'.

And I also would like to see Gordon here. Sign him to a minimum contract and it's a low risk, high reward deal.

No way we should make a move for Gordon though. We don't even throw it to the 6'7" beast we have right now. Instead we throw fades to Kearse in the end zone.

And in such a way only Graham could have come down with it inbounds.

I'd love to have Gordan, but as you said, Graham still isn't being used properly in this offense, and this offensive line can't block well enough to make more weapons for Wilson to be worth the expense. At some point Carroll and Schneider need to get it through their thick skulls that the offensive line is important.

There's a good chance he would screw up and never play in the NFL again but the upside of a move like this is well worth a 6th or 7th Rd pick. It would be interesting what kind of affect coming to a winning environment with a locker room like Seattle's would have on a guy like this. All accounts are he's a good kid with a pot problem, hanging out in Cleveland with Johnny Manizel probably doesn't help a guy who's 24 years old. Top 10 NFL talent with really nothing other then a late round pick to lose, I would be all for it.

How could you not want potentially one of the best WR's in the NFL this off season for cheap prove it contract with no guaranteed money? If he messes up again, you release him. No strings attached.

He's never had problems in the locker room. Hopefully Schneider makes the move.

Why do we need another playmaker in a lineup full of playmakers? Could we perhaps focus on our weakness, like the O'line? You can bring a Jerry Rice in his prime here and he won't do a damn thing because our O'line is that bad and RW has zero time? Plus we have no run game to set up the pass? Sorry we need legit linemen way more than we need a receiver.

Josh Gordon will never play meaningful snaps in the NFL again.

Our Wr's are fine. It's the fact our QB has Rick Pitino in a diner time to throw the ball to them that is the problem.
