Cassius Marsh has Magic cards stolen

I know his pain I have had thousands of dollars in cards, magic cards, stollen myself like 3 collections starting back in 93. It sucks hard.

Fair play to the company trying to give him some replacements. It's the time invested and sentimental value that can't be replaced once thieves have struck. He's publicly being very gracious about it all, which you have to admire. I doubt I'd have the same control with that access to the media.

Yeah, definitely was a nice gesture and I'm sure Marsh appreciated, but no way you can replace that collection. The closest you could get is replacing it with an entirely identical collection, but it still wouldn't be the exact same with any emotional and personal ties to building that collection up and playing with it.

One thing about hobbies is the personal and emotional tie to the item and the finding of that item which can't really be replaced.

Hope he gets it back. Wonder if whomever stole it even knows what they actually stole ..
