BOB NEWTON Y'ALL.

Probably who I'd go with. Older timers than me would have to chime in, but he started 60 games for Seattle in the early years. Got to be better than Cochran or Bailey.

Bailey was a joke. He's holding dogs, and he's going to the Browns... not as funny as I originally thought. Cochran was playing around the time I got into watching, so that's why I went with him. Feel free to contribute to the posts in the future. The point of the thread, from what I understood, is to just put up a player with that jersey number, not necessarily who's the best. If that's the case I would've put Raible at #83 over Lockette, but you didn't see me posting a critique of it

Didn't mean to come off as critical. Some numbers resonate less than others, and I do take this thread as paying homage to past greats, but that's probably my bias more than OPS intent. Long story short, I'm sorry if my incredulity was offensive.

Jeff Bryant for 77 days.
63 sacks over his 12 years, all for Seattle. Sixth overall pick out of Clemson

Hutchinson steve o6v0291

This also doubles as the main reason I hate Tim Ruskell with the fire of 100 suns. How do you let this guy walk?!

He was just a guard, remember? Hell that egotistical little shit said like five years after the fact that he's going to have something along the lines of "he let a guard get away " on his headstone implying that fans were full of it for being angry at him for letting Hutch get away.

He may have been the offensive line's weak link, but he was still a starter for all 16 games at RT for the 2005 Seahawks and helped pave the way for Shaun Alexander's MVP campaign. And screw the refs, Clark Haggans was offsides!

Clinton mcdonald. Even in his limited time here, his help along the defensive line rotation helped get the Hawks their first superbowl title

I did an entire thread about this by myself. I therefore get to sit this one out.
