I think if any team in the NFC regresses and returns back to the .500 area of mediocrity.. it's not Seattle or Green Bay... it's the 'Boys.
That defense overachieved in a MAJOR way last year. That won't happen again. Losing Murray and replacing him with a walking PUP guy in Darren McFadden won't help the offense either. The Cowboys OL was great in run blocking but surprisingly average in pass protection (Murray off of PA helped a lot there too) .. and I know it's stating the obvious but one good hit on Romo and that team becomes really bad .. quickly.
