Curious, where did the phrase "...is Him" come from?

I don't hate every new word or phrase that comes around, but "I'm him" is boring, uncreative, not catchy at all, and anyone who uses it is embarrassing themselves and their family.

Most importantly, we already have a phrase for this. "I'm THAT guy". Not only does that roll off the tongue easier, it sounds better and is easier to decipher as to what the meaning is.
I just assume that most new words come from tards.

With the full intent of sounding like a curmudgeon (and not being entirely serious), "He is him" is one of the dumber memes young people use. My hunch is that it's so stupid grammatically that it captures attention. It's right up there with "cannon event," as far as phrases that young people in my office use that make me die inside.
