Dave Wyman is seeing a trend in the way opposing offenses are succeeding against the Seattle Seahawks’ struggling defense this season.

The Seahawks have lost two straight and find themselves between a rock and hard place at 1-2 on the season with a brutal stretch coming up.

That starts Sunday on the road against the San Francisco 49ers (2-1) and then continues just four days later when the undefeated Los Angeles Rams come to Lumen Field for Thursday Night Football. And if those teams can learn anything from what the Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings did in the last two weeks against Seattle, it’s in the run game.

Good breakdown of the Sehawks breakdown in the running defense. You can't give up so many run plays of 5+ yards and be successful. Let's hope they can fix some of that.

Run stopping was supposedly a strength for the team. It was until Derrick Henry plowed through them in 2nd half of the Titans' game. The Seahawks haven't been the same since. They need DL (interior), LB, and CB help.
