Just like Harbaugh over Baalke. And if you think Baalke is garbage by default, it would be Harbaugh over Schneider/Newsome/Thompson/etc. if he was in SF.

Carroll is a coaching legend even prior to the Seahawks.

There is no such thing IMO as an HOF GM.....it's not a knock on any of them but it's such a hard job historically like picking stocks with consistent success. Schneider has a long way to go before getting there.

If richard, Bradley or Quinn were hired as head coach I would say keep schnieder. I think Bradley and Quinn both are excellent coaches. Just took bad jobs. I think any of those three would keep the system in tact, at least the culture that has been created.

I think schnieders' eye for talent cannot be overstated. For that matter, it can't be replicated or replaced.
