The invoices are there now. I just paid for my seats. They say the average increase is 4% but my tickets didnt go up at all.

1) I received an email today that if I used my Amex to pay for the season tickets I would get a gift

2) I already paid yesterday...

3) I complained :). I was told they could refund my purchase and I could do it with my Amex instead if I wanted to just need to call the ticket office

4) I used Google and looks like some prior years people received a $100 Amex gift card as the gift. Has anyone received this in the past? If so definitely worth the hassle to reverse the transaction.

Edit. The Amex email says clearly merchandise so probably not a gift card

Any season tix holders get the renew email but when you check your account manager it says no event scheduled or something in that nature. Weird..... First time this has happen....

Yep, mine is that way too, I imagine they will fix it soon.
