NASHVILLE, Tenn. Christmas came early for Julian Love, his family — and the Seahawks. The NFC defensive player of the week and his high school-sweetheart wife Julia welcomed their new baby boy, Noah. He was born Friday. Love then boarded a plane to join his team in Nashville Saturday to start again at safety Sunday when Seattle (7-7) plays its latest must-win game, at Tennessee (10 a.m., channel 7). A Seahawks spokesman confirmed Love’s status Saturday afternoon.
