Clayton says *allas is out, especially with the Witten retirement today, as they have another hole to fill.
He gives it a 10% chance with Cleveland.

Read the last sentence on the post above mine, that’s what I was referring to.

Man I'm getting old, we put Maxwell at LCB when Sherman went down last year did we not?

Are we thinking that should still be the plan this year?

Sweet, this is good news. Think we still nab a high upside CB in the 5th and pick one higher next year.

Announced by the team officially.

Good move. He undoubtedly starts over Johnson.

But...he's 30 years old. We'll need one of Flowers, Thorpe, Elliott, or Tyson to step up or this will be a hole again quickly.

Wow was I wrong! I thought he would get two to three yeaars at a backloaded 9 million. nick work. Bet Max causes at least 3 fumbles this years.

It's about where I was expecting it to be, glad he's back in the fold.

I'd bet their plan is to have Tre Flowers replace him for the 2019 season.

It's official! One of the more consequential signings of the off-season.

Would have preferred a two-year deal, but even if Maxwell performs well again, his stock is unlikely to be very high, league-wide, due to age and his past performance with other teams.

Maxwell is already practicing:
