Google "Free AI image generator" and you will get plenty of results to choose from. Some are pretty good, some are cheesy. You just have to tinker.

The best free AI image generator is Bing. You get 25 images before throttling; all you need is an account. I used the enterprise version of OpenAI above, which is essentially the same model Bing uses.
