Because he has the ego stroking need to be THE guy on his team? I don't know if that's the case, but you have to wonder. Then again, maybe it's the typical Guard mentality that causes them to "hog" the ball because I'm seeing Harden and Lillard taking poor shots in the Houston/Portland series when ball movement would be a better choice.Throwdown":3c3w3446 said:Can I ask why Westbrook decided to stop passing the ball again???
Cliff Paul is appalled, as am I.
Completely agree about the defense being the achilles heel of this team. Well, that and the defensive rebounding which is simply awful. Your analogy with the Hawks of 12-13 is a good one man.CPHawk":2gxbht8g said:Portland reminds me of 2012-13 seahawks. A young team, lead by a young dynamic undersized leader (Lillard/Wilson) and a vet who's never quit lived up to his potential until recently (Aldridge/Beast mode). But, the team still has missing pieces, Seattle had a lack of pass rush the killed them in Atl and Portland has a lack of D. Which will kill them in the playoffs also. If Oshay can do something similar to JS, and go out and sign 2-3 players to fix the issues, Portland could be a legit title threat next year.

I was blown away at that point. 7 seconds left and you LET IT GET STOLEN?
Can't believe they pulled it out in OT IN OKC.
