Good for him. IMHO he's not a huge loss, as I feel he was responsible for the lack of qb development at UO, and he has issues in the RZ. That said I think he'll make a very good HC.

Mariota was coaches by Helfrich for 3 years, and only a pot stirrer would give him credit for Adams. Our WR also got much better after he stopped coaching them. Expect Lubick to be named the new OC.

Oh. I didn't realize 2 seasons each of which had a seasoned QB was proof that he couldn't develop QB talent.
