I know we used many first round picks for other things but how many did we not have in those seven years. If anyone feels that JS is not doing a very good to great job then they would have very unrealistic expectations.

...good point and let's try and not forget that a really good team doesn't need to replace starters...

Being successful means you draft last, and the people you do draft have a hard time beating out your starters.

Earning the highest draft score in spite of those two factors speaks to the quality of our front office.
