Our front three under 3-4?

If we are going to play some 3-4, who would be our front 3? Al Woods as NT? Poona as DE? Who could be the other DE? I think we only have Al with ideal size as NT, not sure Poona is big enough.

Bryan Mona NT, Robert Nkamdiche DE and Poona Ford DE. Al woods and Mona would rotate.

None of these three demands double teaming, Poona as 3 tech was underwhelming, could he excel as 3-4 DE?

Al Woods 6'4" 330 lbs.
Bryan Mone 6'3" 345 lbs.
Poons Ford 5'11" 310 lbs.

Clearly Woods and Mone have the size for NT, Ford not as much but I still like Poona.

The NT has not been signed yet.

Al Woods isn’t under contract.

Mone will slide into one of the spots. Poona will probably play a “DE” spot. There are plenty of mediocre NTs available. The big question remains interior pass rush.

I would say that they are going to draft some interior line man...But I think al woods got doubled a lot...
