If this was reversed as Seattle WR and Cinci CB, you know Hawks fan would be upset.

And the WR barely pushed Brown.

It was definitely OPI. The big difference between that and the "subtle" push from the 1st half is that in this case, the push was the opposite direction as the DB was running so it clearly stopped his momentum and created separation. In the 1st half, the push was the same direction the DB was running so it looked more like overrunning it rather than the WR gaining clear separation from the push.
