For those of you not here prior to the Holmgren years.
We will not get Media respect, we were written off back in March, one of the worst teams in the league, no chance, no players that are impact guys without Wilson etc. Thats the common mentality they wrote, just like the massacre in New York and the drafting of Wilson, they will not back peddle or eat their crow.
We will hear Seahags, Seachickens, Seanots, and others. We will be referred to being in Egypt, or South Alaska or another word for a faraway destination.
When we win it will be due to the other team's miscues, not our causing them issues, we will be deemed lucky, fortunate, or gifted a win.
The 12th man will be downplayed, we pipe in noise, we will be attacked again because of our noise I would bet on it by teams and the league.
This is life as a Seahawks fan till be shake the world once again.
What all of you have to learn to see is the backhanded compliments, the compliment by omission, the excuses flipped around knowing we caused the issues not their lack of preparation and miscues.
The most frustrating part is lack of highlights, they seem to go to commercial or just not show them when we beat a favorite team.
So don't get down, just learn to read the tea leaves and understand that not saying something is actually them choking on their own words.
