They switch every other year.
AFC is home for even numbered Super Bowls.

Not so sure about that. Seahawks wore home team colors in SBXL played in 2006.

I'm pretty sure the Steeler's got to pick which uni's they wore, and since they won 3 straight road games they wanted to wear the road uni's. Though I'm not sure why Steelers got to pick.

AFC was designated home team in that game and got to pick which Jersey to wear.
AFC is also the designated home team in this game. We wear the colors they don't. Wolf grey not allowed per league rules on alternates in the Superbowl.

I'm thinking since Denver chose orange, we'll go with a little bit more contrast than just all white, like this:

There is an article today from a denver newspaper (sorry don't have the link) that the Broncos will wear their home orange jerseys. That means the Hawks will be in their white jerseys. Hopefully they go with either the blue pants or grey pants. Not the white pants though, please.
