Now that the NFL has the film on the Niners. The Cardinals and Seahawks both showed how to effectively counter the Niners pass rush and how to beat them. Also showed how to beat them on offense by staying with the run and using quick passing routes to move the ball. Crapallo can't handle constant pressure and is not a $27m quarterback, is unable to win the game when it's on his back to move the ball. Everyone knows now, bring constant pressure on Crapollo, force the Niners to pass the ball, and they are very beatable. Outside of a few drives in the second half, when it appeared Seattle got winded or over-confident, they effectively shutdown the Niner offense by forcing Crapollo to throw.

Niners will lose at least 2 more, possibly 3. The final game of the season in Seattle will still be good, but the Hawks will own the division.

It's very easy to get carried away here.

That defensive performance last game was a move in the right direction. But this team is still averaging over 25 points/game allowed. If the defense plays more like that than the rest of the season, they might be able to take care of their own business.

If the 49ers continue to play like the team that has averaged less than 15 points a game, I still think they are going to pull out ahead on this. They could have really locked it down on Monday but lost that opportunity. Now the Seahawks have a decent chance.

Klingon? Clearly a Mak'tar.
whatever that is.
Pretty sure he's pointing out that it was the wrong universe. His avatar is from Galaxy Quest, not Star Trek. ;)

Galaxy Quest, amusingly, is actually a satire of Star Trek. Being a nerd about it is kind of a joke. It's a genuinely great film, honestly better than a lot of Sci-Fi out there. Besides, Sigourney Weaver has never looked hotter.
