The 4 Year Plan

I haven't heard this talked about that much but I recall PC and JS were calling it a "4 Year Plan" right from the start. Holy Catfish were they dead on.

I'd like to know what their next '4 year plan' is.

To go 1-0 every week leading to a 76-0 record and 4 more Owls.

That's the desired result, but not the 'plan'.

I've been thinking of & talking about the 4-year plan for the past few seasons. I thought it was a widely known thing.
