i am having a few friends over and I am cooking the following:

chicken mole with spanish rice
Smoked Salmon Cheeseball
Lil smokies with my homemade Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
stuffed peppers with chorizo

I am marinating 1 rack of baby backs in my homeade teriyaki sauce, the other rubbed with Montreal.

Making stuffed anaheims and jalapenos, stuffed with mozzarella and sweet italian sausage, and cilantro.

Been brewing my Double Stout for 4 weeks and it is ready TODAY. Also have a bottle of Tanqueray and some Harry Potter OG. imp:

I was going to make a Pot Roast but thought better of it and took pork chops out instead.

You could always play it off as Beast Mode's going to dine on some Pot Roast tomorrow, why not you?

Yep, we'll be going FeastMode on some slow cooked Pot Roast in our house. :thirishdrinkers:

I'm watching the game by myself today so I'm making a crock pot of Mexican Slop (rice, ground beef, refried beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, taco & various other seasonings).

Just my wife and I...thought about going to one of the DC bars with Seahawk fans but I'm too nervous to that this time. So...

Smoked Trout spread
Probably get some smoked wings from our local market
Main course, Salmon marinated in wasabi and teriyaki sauce with stir fry veggies

Thinking that a good drink for this game is a dark and stormy!
