What happens if the Bills can’t get to Detroit?

They are supposed to leave tomorrow for Detroit, but the storm is not abating. Planes aren’t taking off, and there is a driving Ban around their and surrounding counties.

They couldn’t postpone the game to Monday because they play Lions on Thursday. So when exactly would the game be made up if they can’t leave?

If they can't play this weekend, then they'll just have to play a doubleheader some other Sunday.

But can they do so under the cba? After all, that’s why moving the game to Monday wasn’t an option as they are scheduled to play Detroit on Thanksiving.

By boat? Port of Buffalo to Port of Detroit? Afterall they are on the same lake, and 210 nautical miles or 250 miles. A boat going at 20 knots will take 10 hours. Or boat to Erie, and go from there, by plane or bus. Buffalo to Erie is much closer, 80 miles, then charter a plane to Detroit.

This will be interesting. Both teams have had their bye already and presuming a Bills win, this negatively impacts both teams (Bills playoff seeding and the Lions draft order).

The game should have remained in Buffalo and played in 5 feet of snow. Cmon, it's football. Back in my day, we'd walk to school in more snow than that.

Wussies.

Btw, it’s a real blue tick, not Twitter blue.

Twitter has so screwed up that blue tick.

They could flex another game to Thursday and schedule them to play that game on Sunday after Turkey day.
