Won't be *allas. They won't be playing a last place schedule and they are 10 million over next years projected cap.Reaneypark":1xo64jrj said:Cowboys, Atlanta?

Having Jerruh Jones work your salary cap, is like having a 3rd grader doing your taxes using the old tax forms.

I think that cutting Romo gets them barely under the cap, and he is still a 11 million dollar capmikeak":32b0embz said:Sports Hernia":32b0embz said:Won't be *allas. He will mortgage the future for a few years of success. They have a RB and QB for cheap. Trade Romo and suddenly under the cap. Turn a few contracts to big signing bonuses and boom well under the cap
Not going to happen.mrt144":26kmx6if said:Sports Hernia":26kmx6if said:Won't be *allas. They won't be playing a last place schedule and they are 10 million over next years projected cap.Reaneypark":26kmx6if said:Cowboys, Atlanta?

But if they win a SB this year by falling ass backwards into Dak being RW 2.0 and Zeke living up to and exceeding expectations integrating with the team's existing strengths, these 'problems' will seem worth it, at least to him.
Won't be fine, they will be under it. They will still take an 11 million dollar cap hit on Romo even if he plays for someone else or retires. Put it this way, Seattle was 40 million better in cap space for 2017 than Dallas before we re-upped Bennett.Seafan":decb7awf said:Sports Hernia":decb7awf said:Won't be *allas. They move Romo and they'll be fine with the cap.

I'm just glad Atlanta is coming to Seattle again and I can attend another game.
Without question the toughest game on your home slate next season.
