There are so many good criticisms to make, and then there are just bitter and random ones like this.

There has never been another coach that has been able to manage as many strong personalities at once as Carroll has. Now we're saying the dude is a pansy?

I'd have to think that most objective parties, including those who want him fired, can consider him a stellar motivator at the very least
