I think Alex Mack to the Hawks is almost a no brainier.

I think Alex Boone will be the guy we ultimately sign, but as you can see.. there aren't many "WOW" options that stand out.

it's not like anyone on that list can play worse than our line right now.
they could provide wilson with adequate protection.

Alex Mack is not currently a free agent. He has an opt-out, but is currently signed through 2018.

I'd put a serviceable vet somewhere in the interior 3, at least. Even if we draft a center, I can't see a rookie between Britt and Sweezy/Glowinski. And Lewis; we can do better, as he might with more experience around him if he's kept.

Draft picks (maybe 2 or 3) and the guys we currently have. Doubt we will have much else to spend on FA's that want bigger contracts. Gilliam (LT or RT) and Britt will improve for sure. If Lewis improves, he may remain starter, though I expect a center and LT at some point in the draft.

Kam and a 3rd for Alex Mack. :D

He has a full no trade in his current deal. Jacksonville wrote his current contract when he was an RFA, it has all sorts of fun stuff like the available opt out and the no trade.

I think there's a reasonable chance he does opt out, not sure Seattle could afford him unless they go cheap at LT.

Joe Thomas may be available in trade, but not sure we'd like what it would cost.

There were rumors circling like buzzards around the deadline that depending on the team, he might be willing to lift the trade clause in the offseason. Cleveland has been and will continue to be a dumpster fire.

"I have a "no trade" clause in my contract,'' Mack said in a statement given to Cleveland. "It was included for good reason: I'm not leaving my teammates, coaches and Browns fans while there is work this season to be finished."

I was all on the resign Okung wagon until he got hurt again yesterday, I think I am now going in the direction that he can't stay healthy and he should go. I hope they use the 1st to try to fill his spot.

My dream:

Get Alex Mack.
Trade the first for Joe Thomas.
Sign Alex Boone.

I get that maybe only one of those three things might happen, but a man can dream.

If that happened and they stayed healthy along with russ you could pencil the seahawks in as the first seed right now and Wilson as MVP....when he gets protection I dont think there is a better QB in the league than Russ

What if some one picks up Sweezy and turns him into a really good DLineman? THAT would be hilarious.....sort of.

Are these arranged in any particular order, such as 2015 salary or player grades?
