Hopefully our guys keep the fire. We don't need an emotional let down after a game like today away.

It will probably be a tough game. Don't get too excited.

Don’t underestimate any team. Seahawks SHOULD win, but even great teams have dropped crap games. It’s silly for any fan who regularly watches football to assume a double digit win. This is a divisional opponent

Division game, throw the odds out the window, Rams were suppose to bury us and look how those games came out, can't take a wounded animal for granted, they can still inflict wounds.

I don't care if we win by 1 point. We are in a fight every game just to make the playoffs. It would be nice though not to see our defense get torched for over 450 yards like they were today. Tough to win that way...

which is 10.

Your comparison with the Rams fails because, you know, the Seahawks are actually good and the 49ers are a dumpster fire.

Yeah beleive that and you get punched in the mouth and don't recover in time to win the game. Analogy stands, what about the times Arizoana has come here and we were suppose to win going away only to lose when they played out of their heads.

Take no team lightly and division opponents even more so.

Especially when we have little or no margin for error.

Everything that Chris98251 said. We need Pete, Norton, and Schotty to come up with good game plans and prepare the guys well and take care of business. We've lost, or nearly lost, too many "gimme" games. Case in point: Losing to the Redskins at home last year. I think our coaches will do their job, and our leaders among the players (Russell, BWagz, FClark, DBrown, Britt, Baldwin, BMcDougald, will all do their part as leaders on this one.
Remember being down 20 points at home to Tampa Bay in 2013? (we did eventually win that one)

Well, the team isn't going to overlook anyone, especially a divisional opponent. Fans being overconfident has no impact on the game. But, I expect a good fight, regardless of their record.

But it will have an impact on their ability to remain emotionally stable. Even if the Seahawks kick the crap out of the 49ers, they probably won't do it in the first half. Watch the meltdown in the gameday forum when Mullens puts up 100 yards in the first half and Wilson only passes for 70. The defense will be declared "trash" and Wilson will be only worth $5 million against the cap in his next contract.
