Seattle Team Shop in Bellevue/Renton/Seattle yada yada might have it. They do have some ugly retro Husky Moon jerseys at the UW shops. I've seen them at some Husky games.

Husky shop (UW bookstore or any gear store in the University district) will prob have a 1 jersey (they don't use names), wont be vintage though.
There's a throwback store on Cap Hill by 35th skate shop, can't remember the name; but someone probably knows or you can google it.
