with Roland but it seems our side is being such jerks he can't.

Can we perhaps be a bit more plesant to a regular and well liked poster here?

The wager was a hat, but several of our posters in that string seem to have forgotten attacking posts and not posters.

Its not like Guido had a hand in game planning of his team.

Guido is a class act and is always welcome!

And that point was clearly brought up in the thread in question. Nothing was said bad about him. His coach? Yes, but not him.

I am pro-Guido. He's been a great poster here for what, 5 years?

Their defense had a specific agenda and Guido seemed to be feigning ignorance to the bounty type hits to Harvin and Tate. That's what went down in the other thread.

The fact is, you and a few others turned Guido's thread about his bet with Roland into a bitchfest about Payton & Bountygate. You want to complain about those things, fine. But start a new thread, don't hijack someone elses.

The hits to Harvin or Tate or any other Seahawk has nothing to do with Guido. He's trying to make good on a bet. Let him do it. Cry foul on the Saints board if you want. But quit trying to lay it on the one guy that's taking the loss like a man. Wish some of us could take the win like a man.

He's prob the best opposing teams fan we've had here, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful.

Exactly.

Talk about being overly sensitive...nothing was said about him, just his coach. Jerks? Please. Besides, He spent the whole morning in chat talking smack, and now nothing can be said about the Saints in return?

Thats weak. If he can dish it, he can take it.

Agree'd I know I'd be really peeved right now if we lost. Thankfully we didn't. In the meantime, we're back at 0-0

Go to the game day forums and read the treatment our own people get from one another. It is not that different.

I agree, that thread WAS about a good hearted bet between opposing fans, it was done in public for all of us to enjoy. We all have our own opinions of how the game played out, THAT TREAD was/is not the place to voice them.

Is Guido really talking through you raddish? Really? How lame. Any topic every one needs a thick skin. People really need to stop crying about people's words.
