Sad sad sad. But at least he got paid and should be set for the rest of his life. I wish Jake all the best in the future.

Never thought he was much if a qb, but seemed like a good dude. Bummer it didnt work out.

Too bad, he appeared to be a great QB until his senior year. The NFL wasn't his strong suit. Kinda like Oregon QB's.

Ah, I remember all the dreams that Seahawks fans had of Locker playing for the Seahawks during his last year at Washington.

Good for him. 26 years old, multi millionaire, health should be relatively intact. He can go home and assume the position as the King of Ferndale.

He's only 26 years old. I wonder if he'll try to go back to baseball.

Exactly. He made a ton of money and lived his dream(something the majority will never get to do) of being in the NFL. I hate that it is ending the way it is, though.

Dude would be a pro-bowler at several positions, QB not being one of them. One of the best football players I ever saw, just can't throw it a lick.

As a UW fan I agree. Great kid...... I wonder if the Angels still have his baseball rights?
