    Geno

I am more interested in if the playbook can be executed. The QBs we have now might not be the answer or the proper people to properly run it, but I am hopeful I see something a little different in more use of the middle, creative disguising of plays, and I am definitely one who loves the run...

Does anyone else think Seattle won the trade?

The way i see it, Russ is happy where he went. He did a lot for this franchise whether or not those who thought he became too "Hollywood" and became an issue on the team. But the reality of him not even looking in the middle or feeling comfortable with anything in the middle speaks volumes...

    Jimmy G? I'd be in -

I do not want Jimmy or the Baker. I don't want the Hawks to trade ANYTHING nor pay anything above vet minimum. Though I am not exactly confident in PC as a coach, I am more confident with his staff this year and I am looking forward to seeing what this team can do as is. IF either Jimmy or...

Who will John63 be cheering for week 1?

I hope most of us understand that John is like the rest of us, diehard Seahawk fans who just want nothing but success for the team. He like the rest of us wants to feel the thrill of victories. His (and others who feel the same) defense of Russ is nothing more than his own thoughts that Russ...

    Adopt a rookie 2022 Shamarious

Most definitely KW3 for me. Love the videos others have posted with regards to his background. Seems like a very genuine guy who was simply raised so well. Massive kudos to his parents and all other influential mentors, teachers, and coaches who had surrounded him so far.

POLL: Grade The Seahawks 2022 Draft

Solid A. Everyone has already stated similar opinions to mine. It is a breath of really fresh air to see the board come together (mostly) on something after such vitriol lately.

    Y'all are crazy...

You are frickin' awesome. Me? I'll entertained no matter what happens. But I think you are more right than wrong here. 8)

    Wilson Vague on his Future

Ah yes. This is what I "think" will happen, i.e. Pete and Russ stay for one more year, one more try. I'm one who simply doesn't care how it goes. I will be entertained by this "game" no matter what happens. Yes...I was even entertained by teams in the Ken Behring era, entertained by the...

    RBs exceeding expectations.

Then I'm in the minority with ya bud. Love your comments here.

    Wilson Vague on his Future

I'm most likely in the minority on this board with my opinions given everything I've been reading here. Makes me wonder if the general fan base feels like what .net feels, or is it just a very vocal minority. It's all good though. This is what freedom is and feels like. I love it when...

    Looks like Russ is back

He seems to be going through his progressions but this time seemingly paying more attention to getting the ball out quicker. That has nothing to do with the finger THOUGH the finger definitely influences accuracy of the passes. The fact that some of the passes were "close" to vintage...

    Looks like Russ is back

Looks like either Russ bought into the Waldron offense of take what's there, or Pete gave in. Beautiful. I really like him getting the ball out quick. Don't think I've seen this for awhile.

How to make lemonades from this lemon of a season?

Absolutely. There usually isn't a good time to "experiment" with things like you noted in your post. The goal for the remainder of the season has got to be making some positive like your title mentions, and learning something about your team with trying out things can be a gold mine. I...

How to make lemonades from this lemon of a season?

Wow. Awesome post. Love the thoughts here and man it would be WAY fun to see all of those experiments. And, I think the fun for this season as indicated in another thread is playing spoiler. Man it would be so wonderful to reverse any smiles on the Rams or CArdinals faces in the near future.

The end of an Era, and that's okay.

Man, you (OP) and Aros have put out some good stuff here around the same theme. Excellent.

Geno Smith averaged 20.3 points a game Russell 6.5...

Tokadub....seriously, I find your posts greatly entertaining. I might disagree with your thoughts, but I definitely look forward to your entries. And, have to admit, I also enjoy reading others responses indicating one shouldn't post when high...LOL. I'll give my take even though no one...

    Meh. One Of Those Seasons

Long time lurker. Don't post much as it is much more fun reading the different perspectives on things we commonly watch or hear. But I had to comment on this post because I can really appreciate the OP's point of view. Kudos to you Aros.

Wonderful analogy...at least to me. Very brilliant way of putting it.

Brandon Marshall 09/06/18 transcript w/embedded audio

Brandon's story is such an interesting and triumphant one. His openness about the issues he dealt with and his journey are just amazingly inspiring to me. I am usually one who roots for the "non superstars", but Brandon has really grown on me. Just hope he shows us something this Sunday.

    Free Eddie!!!

Agreed. I asked a general question in another thread today regarding the run blocking philosophy and strategy, and was thinking that it would be great if we tried to go to a more power run game versus zone blocking. Now, I realize this simply can't happen overnight...it's probably too late for...
