Few names that stick out in positions of need for the Seahawks -

Neil Farrell, DT, LSU - Sounds like the type of player that can excel in 3-4 as an NT.
Travis Jones, DT, UConn - Another player that looks to be made for 3-4 D.
Cordell Volson, OL , NDSU
Mario Goodrich, CB, Clemson

Jeremy Ruckert TE from Ohio State.Big, and can block/ catch. Going to be a top 10 te in the NFL someday

Good call on Ruckert. He does fit the bill at TE. However, with Dissly re-signed, Fant acquired, and Parkinson, I think they won't be looking for top level TEs. Maybe Draft FAs if that.
