Ben DiNucci has earned a tryout with the Broncos at their rookie minicamp, the XFL announced Wednesday.

DiNucci showed some promise in his rookie preseason. He didn't look so good in 2021 preseason and his being cut wasn't a shock. He had a mediocre arm and made too many mistakes. I wanted him as the Rams #3 last season, mostly because he had some experience and Perkins obviously wasn't a top 120 QB. I haven't watched the XFL but I don't think DiNucci has a ceiling beyond above average back-up, (#40 to #48). Good luck to him though.

All DiNucci has to do is beat out Jarrett GUARANTANO not Stidham for qb3.

Jarrett Guarantamo was brought up to throw in tryouts for a bunch of wide receivers. He made ps and then the team only after Josh Johnson got poached by the 49ers.

Guarantamo hasn’t taken a single snap in the nfl, whereas DiNucci has and put up proof of what he can do.

Stidham is who SP has his eye on. If he shows the ability to pickup the plays and execute what Sean wants...

Interesting times in Denver.

Don't know much about Dinucci, but it's obvious SP is going to turn the qb room into a mental Battle Royale.
